What a lovely hotel in a very nice neighborhood of Florence. Located just outside the main tourist area Hotel Liana was still within east walking distance of everything. What a lovely hotel in a very nice neighborhood of Florence. Located just outside the main tourist area Hotel Liana was still within east walking distance of everything. Very quiet and beautiful rooms. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. They assisted us in tracking down our luggage which was lost on our flight in. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Florence.

“nice, clean, moderate price, good location”

and of course wonderful full breakfast buffet (meats/cheeses, cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee/juices - yum! and in beautiful room), wifi, nice size room, no elevator but we stayed on the first floor but did have to stair climb to breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly, laun… more

and of course wonderful full breakfast buffet (meats/cheeses, cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee/juices - yum! and in beautiful room), wifi, nice size room, no elevator but we stayed on the first floor but did have to stair climb to breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly, laundry service pick up and return (saved us a lot of time and room in our suitcase for packing purposes), nice location - we were able to walk everywhere in Florence form here except train station with our bags. We would stay here again!!!

Staff very friendly, If you are looking for a modern box , then this hotel is not for you. All rooms are different , and there is lots of character in the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. Very reasonable priced hotel within easy walking distance of the major attractions, and lots of quaint bars and restaurants with in 500m. Only criticism the hotel could have a better Bar, may consider make the Bar in a room and not adjacent to the reception. Otherwise would have been 5 star

We were in room number one on the ground floor, it’s a lovely room with french doors leading out to the car park and a garden, but there is outdoor seating right at the side of the French doors, it was impossible to sleep with people talking out there, it sounded like they were in the room with yo… more

We were in room number one on the ground floor, it’s a lovely room with french doors leading out to the car park and a garden, but there is outdoor seating right at the side of the French doors, it was impossible to sleep with people talking out there, it sounded like they were in the room with you, and you could smell the cigarettes of people smoking out there, very unpleasant, we complained the first night but it happened again, not ideal when you have had a long day sightseeing and just want a good nights sleep. We would recommend you move your seating area away from the French doors.
