“Amazing”
My room was spacious, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. My room was spacious, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom was spotless, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to staying here again.

This was our favorite hotel we stayed at while in Italy. We had a deluxe superior room so it was larger than most European style hotel rooms. We were right in the city center so I was afraid it would be loud at night but it is not-the location was very convenient and view was beautiful. The hotel staff was very accomodating and friendly, and the rooms themselves were clean and we had candy on our pillows every night. The breakfast was ok-but honestly all of the hotel breakfasts we had were about the same-nothing like America but that was fine as we much enjoyed the cappucino's that they freshly made for us.

“Solo trip to Florence”
The location of this hotel is right on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Two minutes walk from the tram and train station and far enough away from the main tourist sights to be quiet. The location of this hotel is right on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Two minutes walk from the tram and train station and far enough away from the main tourist sights to be quiet. The hotel is grand and query, very clean and felt a haven from the madness outside. Staff were super helpful in guiding me with a day trip to Siena, restaurants catering for vegans, as well as tips on running routes. I had a double economy room, which for myself was okay but two small for two people. I was up on the 4th floor and amazed the shower was so hot and powerful, I loved that. Housekeeping were very friendly and the room was made up immaculately every morning. Breakfast was a relaxed but busy affair with delicious offerings. I had a great stay and would highly recommend.
