“Perfect budget hotel ”
Lovely little hotel, had a great stay. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, and the aircon in the room was a godsend. Staff were very helpful and friendly which was great. All main attractions are about 20 mins walk away and I felt the hotel was in a safe area for walking back at night. As… more
Lovely little hotel, had a great stay. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, and the aircon in the room was a godsend. Staff were very helpful and friendly which was great. All main attractions are about 20 mins walk away and I felt the hotel was in a safe area for walking back at night. As a solo female traveller, I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again.

“Great affordable accommodation Florence ”
Service is friendly and Jenny at reception is so helpful. Also, breakfast is lovely, location quiet but central. Also an outdoor area to sit in during the day. Coffee and drinks available at the bar at any time .

“Don't judge a book by its cover”
The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Perfect location with all the major attractions within walking distance. Clean rooms and nice breakfast to get the day started. Have no problem recommending for a short stay in Florence.

Friendly staff, Jenny very helpful with her excellent english and Edwardo such a lovely gentleman. The hotel is in a very old building with lots of character. Nice outdoor space to sit with a drink. Rooms a little tight, basic but adequate. Bathroom includes hairdryer and excellent shower. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast just right with hot drinks, juices, cereals, breads, cold meats and cheese, cakes, fruit, yogurts, croissants and jam/chocolate. Pizza restaurant next door and coffee shop short walk up the street

The hotel is old, but fulfills the basics very well and we cannot ask much more of a 2 stars hotel. It's 15 min walk from city center, everything was very clean and organized, room was clean and they left new towels everyday. The hotel is old, but fulfills the basics very well and we cannot ask much more of a 2 stars hotel. It's 15 min walk from city center, everything was very clean and organized, room was clean and they left new towels everyday. Breakfast was basic but enough and the staff was the best, they were extremely welcoming, from the receptionist to the breakfast staff, all very kind and available. The only improvement would for sure be the soundproof of the rooms, we could hear everything from the street and the other rooms, every time someone came in and out from the reception. Luckily the area is pretty calm, otherwise would be hard to sleep
