“Pleasant stay; no complain”
1. Prime & convenient location - close to SMN station, shops, restaurants, old city center 2. Good front desk staff 3. Reasonably-priced 4. Slightly older decor & furniture - typical Italian standard, clean and functional is more important. Afterall, we are not staying there for a long time

Extremely well situated hotel. Close to the main station and within easy reach from all major monuments and many restaurants. The room was rather small, but our option was an "economy" room, so, no problems. Breakfast was very satisfactory, with sweet and salted options. Very nice and cooperative staff, bathroom small but with all essentials. Excellent shower. To be recommended

“mis information ZTL zone”

HI, we were at this hotel mid September. Hotel was great, good location and great service. Close to all the attractions and train stations We stayed 3 days. We had reserved a parking. When we arrived , we asked the front desk that we had come through the ZTL zone and gave the person there our auto info. thought all was good and no fines were coming our way. Well not the case, we just received 2 fines one coming in and one leaving 68.25 euros each. Not very happy with the Hotel.

Nice hotel at a very good location, close to the heart of Florence. Kind and helpful staff, good breakfast. We could park the car in the court which is a great advantage. “Economy Room”
The room was the economy size. It was clean with a tiny bathroom just like any other bathroom in Italy. You have to ask for the remote to the AC unit in the room. The room was the economy size. It was clean with a tiny bathroom just like any other bathroom in Italy. You have to ask for the remote to the AC unit in the room. The price for the room stay was in Euros, and I did not realize that, so when I paid, it was more than anticipated. Our room was next to the elevator and was noisy all night, so make sure you bring ear plugs! The location was great since it is so close to the train station, and Florence is a very walkable city. The breakfast was good with lots of options! Also, bring mosquito repellent or soothing balm for bites. I had many mosquito bites but could not find the mosquito to kill it. Overall, the hotel suited our needs for the most part.
