“Fantastic experience”
Very enjoyable stay, excellent staff, clean. Spa facilities were fantastic, excellent value. would definitely stay there again.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, boasting stunning views of the city. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's a bit far out from the main part of florence but there's buses that will take you most places. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's a bit far out from the main part of florence but there's buses that will take you most places. Check in was friendly and fast, and there's drinks and biscuits available in reception. There's a prosecco meet and greet from 6-8pm where complimentary prosecco and little snacks are served and you can meet other guests and chat which was nice. Not many eateries close by but if you walk a bit or get the bus you'll find lots. Room was comfy and.clean and everything you need. Dressing gown, slippers, toiletries and fridge with water in. Breakfast was very good with something for everyone. Would definitely come back.

Very friendly, helpful staff, especially on reception. They booked taxis, provided bus tickets and info on bus routes (No.14 stops just round the corner, and takes you to the Duomo). A short walk takes you to The Arno, and a 30 minute walk along the river gets you to the Ponte Vecchio. Our room was… more
Very friendly, helpful staff, especially on reception. They booked taxis, provided bus tickets and info on bus routes (No.14 stops just round the corner, and takes you to the Duomo). A short walk takes you to The Arno, and a 30 minute walk along the river gets you to the Ponte Vecchio. Our room was in the adjacent annex, and meals were taken in the main building. Our room was spacious, and very clean and tidy. The en-suite was also spacious (unlike some in Italian hotels). But there is quite a steep flight of stairs up to some of the rooms in the annex, so the elderly or those with mobility issues might want to bear this in mind (there is no lift) when booking - but a porter will carry your cases. Breakfast was Continental and was extremely tasty and generous. There are 2 restaurants within one minute's walk. One is Italian, the other is Thai, and both are excellent and highly recommended. We would certainly stay again if we were ever in Firenze.

“Peaceful stay about 1.5 miles from most of the tourist attractions.”
We had a pleasant stay here. It is about 1.5 miles to the touristic areas, and taxis were ~20€ one way. Tranquil.
