“Recommend this hotel”
Excellent location. Close to all Florence has to offer. Hotel very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Lift to floors, which was helpful as not too good getting up stairs! Breakfast, which was included, very good.

“Low value for money”
The staff was helpful but the rooms had sub standard air conditioning systems. We checked in a quadruple room, it was hot has hell. The air con did not have the capacity to cool that big room. We were eventually given one fan , didn’t help either

“Good location but some negatives”
Location great. Rooms were modernized. Lobby not on ground floor but take up elevator yet there was persisting faint foul odor of apparent sewer gas at ground level. Rooms OK but excessive mosquitos.
