“Great Staff”
Despite some minor issues with the internet, (which was beyond anyone's control. The staff at this hotel will make every effort to ensure the comfort and well-being of the customers. This includes the restaurant staff, the cleaning ladies and the front desk. We will definitely be back. Thank you

“Best hotel in Italy!”
This hotel is charming, clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was also delicious. The happy hour was great as well and a perfect way to end the day. The location was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel!

“Good hotel with outdated design”
It located next to Hermas and is walking distance to go Cattedral di Santa Maria del Fiore. Overall the hotel feel a bit out-dated, reception person feel like not happy with their job😅 but they are good actually… room provide everything’s we need 👌 the breakfasts was nice!

“Can't beat the location”
We got a junior suite. It did not look like as nice as the room on the website, but was adequate. Everything was a little worn. In the morning, the hotel lost hot water, so no hot shower, but this I'm sure is rare. Luckily I had showered before they lost it. They need better hairdryers. The staf… more
