“Excellent host and location ”
I highly recommend this location. Great host, very nice and clean rooms,safe parking, close to city center. The most helpful host that I ever met.When I will come again in Florence I will stay again at this hotel.

“Friendly staff and great location”
This hotel has the friendliest staff. They are always willing to accommodate. The location is amazing, very close to the Arno River and easy access to the city central. It is also less than a 10 minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station.

“Excellent Hotel”
I stayed here for three nights with my Son. We arrived about 8.30pm on a friday night and were met by Valerio, who was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of advice and places to visit. “Felt like home ”
A cosy hotel near the Arno. The receptionists are very kind, helpful and proactive, and breakfast is very well served. The room was well equipped and the bathroom quite spacious. The only two suggestions I’d make are, one, provide soap and shampoo on a daily basis and not upon request; two, be nice… more
