I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. It’s a good location to walk in Firenze. The room was comfortable. I wasn’t really impressed with the breakfast. It Italy and the coffee was out of a machine. The bar was never open. The desk staff were fun and helpful to me. About a 5-7 min walk to the train station.

“Great location for visiting Florence”

Perfect location if you want to be near to the main attractions. Buses, trains and trams at the top of the road, so easy to get around. Staff are friendly and happy to help with anything. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very comfortable. Breakfast had enough to set you up for the start of our busy… more

Perfect location if you want to be near to the main attractions. Buses, trains and trams at the top of the road, so easy to get around. Staff are friendly and happy to help with anything. Rooms are cleaned daily and are very comfortable. Breakfast had enough to set you up for the start of our busy day. Hotel is quiet so perfect to rest after bust sightseeing days.

Great Location for a Hotel in Florence and thats it really. The bar did not open in the evening and the room was ok. Breakfast was fraught as if you are not the first up choices were either slow at being replaced or you had to prompt the waiting staff for that choice which meant you had to wait. Ta… more

Great Location for a Hotel in Florence and thats it really. The bar did not open in the evening and the room was ok. Breakfast was fraught as if you are not the first up choices were either slow at being replaced or you had to prompt the waiting staff for that choice which meant you had to wait. Table cloths were stained and not changed as same staines on cloth the next morning. its the small things that sometimes matter. No free water in the fridge in the room.

Hotel was clean and welcoming with good recommendations where to go and eat. The breakfast was as described and adequate. The biggest down fall was there was no coffee making facilities in your room and no coffee available at all except for breakfast even when we asked for a coffee at tea there was non available which was a complete lack of basics for any hotel and we have never experienced this in all our years of travelling. The bar also wasn’t open. Overall these points let the hotel down and we did mention it to reception.
