“Perfect”
I enjoyed 4 nights in the hotel. The staff are so friendly and amazing. The location is perfect and close to the centre. Room service team are professional, the clean it during the morning time and they prepare your room for bed time. Thank you all

“Do yourself a favor and stay here.”

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself is impeccable, private, and even assuming from the street. You kind of have to know it's there which is great. The location right on top of the Ponte Vecchio is perfect. We were in walking distance from everything in the city, and only took a taxi when it was raining. The team there was very accommodating and helpful - don't think I carried a single piece of luggage, and the room was always in perfect shape. Could not recommend this place enough. Hotels in Florence are already on the higher price side, so this one is worth every penny.

This was the most magnificent hotel stay we have had to date. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the views of the river through Florence were breath taking. Each staff member was attentive to our needs and greeted us with warmth. It was made especially special through our booking agents at Spear Travel Group, who let them know it was our honeymoon. When we return to Florence, we will definitely return to The Continentale.

The hotel is very modern and quaint. They give unlimited free bottled water which is awesome. The hotel is very modern and quaint. They give unlimited free bottled water which is awesome. Their daily breakfast included is very delicious served next door at their sister hotel (the Gallary Art hotel). The location is awesome! You walk right out onto Ponte Vecchio and you are a less than 10 minute walk to all essential places. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Florence.

“Couldn’t ask for more. Great experience.”
Very friendly environment and the amenities are top notch. Included breakfast has everything you could ask for. The staff is very tentative and helpful. The location is perfect very close to many points of interest. Would go back in a heartbeat.
