“Amazing rooftop with 360 deg views of Florence”
The hotel has a private rooftop with great views of the entire city! Beds were comfortable and bathroom was modern and clean. Free coffee and cookies in the morning! The only drawback is they are on the 3rd floor with no elevator so when you arrive with luggage it’s quite the slog.

“Greatest hospitality we experienced”
Thing that stood out for us was the hospitality of the staff. The front desk people were so warm and welcoming. They helped us with our bags, booked us a taxi and helped us get the bags to the taxi while it was raining (they even refused a tip when I offered for helping us in the rain). Taxis dont … more

“A great place to stay with beautiful roof top terrace”
We loved our stay at the Cardinal and would definitely stay here again. The staff were so friendly and helpful. On our arrival they gave us a map and all the info we needed to make our stay perfect. “Fantastic hotel”
Beautiful location, amazing view of the duomos, and amazing hosts. Mario was always nice, friendly and super- helpful. I will definitely stay there when I visit Florence again. Definitely don't miss the rooftop terrace - beautiful view of the city andthe Duomo. Highly recommended.
