Absolutely stunning place! The ambiance is pure elegance, with breathtaking views that leave you speechless. Staff is super friendly and attentive, making every moment special. Rooms are luxurious and impeccably clean, truly a home away from home. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a perfect stay that I can't wait to experience again! Highly recommend it for anyone visiting!

Great base, so close to the historic quarter and many good restaurants within easy walking distance. We stayed four nights, and would return to the Baglioni again. The staff from Lorenzo our check in concierge to the bar staff at the American Bar, Housekeeping and breakfast staff were all pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Not a box from a large hotel chain. We had a large very comfortable bed, a big bathroom with bath, shower WC, bidet and beautifully large sink. The breakfast was extensive with great coffee. The view from the restaurant is exceptional. From every table in the restaurant, you can look out over the rooftops to the iconic historic quarter view of Florence, with The Duomo, Museums and the market all spread out in front of you. Reception booked trips for us and recommended restaurants. They offer a baggage holding facility if you need a late check out. Our check out was 12pm, which is very comfortable and appreciated. A great base for a wonderful trip to Florence!

“Less than expected”
Less than expected, nice entrance but small and outdated rooms! Nice restaurant on the top floor, breathtaking view . The staff could be nicer. I expected better. Ask to see the rooms before confirming, mine looked like a convent room. I don't recommend a stay in this hotel

Our return visit after 26years hotel it is a lovely building and well placed for visiting everywhere and the restaurant and terrace great. We were allocated an accessible room although we hadn’t requested this . The biggest problem during our 3 night stay was a complete lack of hot water in the shower bath and basin . We reported this on the first day and were told it was a boiler problem and would be fixed by the next day . Not much apology or offer of alternative room . We reported the same thing each day and were told the same story. On checking out we mentioned this again and the person we spoke to was not apologetic at all. This did colour our opinion of the hotel which strives to be such a luxurious place. Hot water is hardly a luxury and it couldn’t even deliver on this! If we return to Florence this will not be our hotel of choice
