“Perfect hotel for a short break in Florence”
What a great hotel. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it immensely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Daniele and Lourdes in the restaurant. “Wonderful 3 nights”
Wonderful 3 nights, walking distance to the cathedral, close to many fantastic restaurants, wonderful view from the B-Roof, nice room with courtyard view, mixture of old-world decor and modern convenience. Only complaint - no hot water at certain times.

“Excellent, Beautiful, Amazing.”
What a beautiful hotel the service was impeccable. The staff so friendly and helpful too. The rooms were very clean the breskfast was wonderful too. It is the oldest hotel in Florence, and I would recommend anyone to stay at The Grand Hotel Baglioni. Thank you. Jewel
