The views from the hotel were stunning, and the service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, making us feel welcome and well cared for. This is our second stay in 2 years at this wonderful hotel. Spent 6 nights enjoying all the sights of Florence with a few day trips to Cinque Terre and Siena and San Gimigiano. Wonderful attentive staff, beautiful fully appointed rooms, and stylish new rooftop bar are reason alone to stay here, add in location and the fact that you can easily walk to everything makes this the perfect choice.

“Great hotel but very hot room”
I just finished a 3 night stay here. It is a nice hotel in a great location, and the staff were very friendly. My main issue was that my room was SO hot, and there was nothing to do about it. I just finished a 3 night stay here. It is a nice hotel in a great location, and the staff were very friendly. My main issue was that my room was SO hot, and there was nothing to do about it. I slept poorly every night which sucked. It is an older building, and I was unable to control the temperature. I went to the front desk my first night and was told that they can turn on/off the heat. I had them turn it off. It didn't help - the room was always hot. I was able to open a window but not sleep like that at night due to noise from the street. One other small note: the mattress in my room needs to be turned/replaced - it was very lumpy.
