Our favorite Florence hotel. Great location, incredible staff, quaint and beautiful! We will always stay here. We asked for a specific room but it was occupied. Our favorite Florence hotel. Great location, incredible staff, quaint and beautiful! We will always stay here. We asked for a specific room but it was occupied. The young lady at the desk asked if we would prefer another particular accommodation. I requested a 4th floor room near the terrace. She summoned a bellhop, handed him three seperate room keys and instructed him to allow us to inspect each room and choose which one was most suitable to our needs. Now that's service!

“Close to train and museums, beautiful hotel”
The decor, staff and breakfast was amazing. They even kept our luggage before we booked in and kept our luggage until later after we checked out. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was close to train and downtown which was perfect . We will definitely come again!!
