Convenience, comfort, and top-notch hospitality in Florence, these are what we experienced at C-Hotels Ambasciatori! The moment we stepped off the train at Firenze Santa Maria Novella, we simply turned right—and there it was! Talk about the perfect location! From the moment we arrived, Marco at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay special. Although we had booked through Agoda, we requested a room with a balcony and a stunning view, and Marco happily arranged it for us for a minimal additional fee—totally worth it! A standout moment was when I accidentally knocked an ashtray off a table on the balcony. I called the concierge to report it, and in a flash, Marco was at our door—not to scold, but to make sure I was okay! That level of genuine care truly made an impression. Breakfast was superb with so many choices! The room was impeccably clean (yes, I checked under the bed!), and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a handwritten note from Manager Nicola, along with two mini chocolates and on our last night, a bag of pasta—such a sweet and personal touch! The bathroom was spotless, and the complimentary coffee and tea amenities were a welcome treat. From start to finish, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend C-Hotels Ambasciatori and will definitely be booking again on our next trip to Florence!

“Cost-effective hotel”
It was very convenient to travel to other Italian towns and Florentines as it was located in front of the station. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and cost effective
