“Amazing place to stay in the heart of Florence.”
This hotel is above and beyond in customer service. The breakfast buffet had numerous choices from savory to sweet, and the staff in the restaurant were extremely attentive and friendly. “Amazing stay!!!”
Wonderful stay! Staff friendly, truly care, responsive. Breakfast delicious and location can not be beat! Would stay again!!! Hotel is located in historic building with a lot of charm and goes with the look and feel of Florence! There is nothing I would change!

“Florence 2024”
Excellent service, staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful room with all the toiletries you could ever want. Perfect location, only wish we could have stayed longer. Had an issue with transport at one stage but the hotel helped to arrange an alternative even though it wasn’t a fault of theirs.
