My daughter and I stayed one night on a side trip from Rome. We honestly wished we'd allocated at least 2 nights. The hotel is truly beautiful and perfectly located to walk historic Florence. They were gracious to accommodate our request for separate beds when we realized the original request hadn't made it through the booking site, they gave us a lovely box of chocolates and Matteo made a reservation for us at a great restaurant. The breakfast was excellent but the best thing was the room in which it's served - a gorgeous room with painted ceiling and old-time feel. We loved the place, the staff, the location and the food. Highly recommend.

I booked this trip last minute, but could not have chosen a better hotel, had I booked far in advance. I travel a lot. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful about the town, things to do and getting tours and drivers booked. The hotel has a lot of history. It was a really great stay and I would Choose Hotel Bernini again for sure.

This was everything I could have wanted. The room and bathroom were great, I ate in the restaurant one evening, the bar is amazingly stocked, and it is located close to the major museums, the Piazza della Signoria, which I didn't visit for food or drink. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied, and served in an amazing room. I was very comfortable, and plan to return.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and was quite impressed! The ambiance was charming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small for my liking. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions nearby. Overall, a great experience, just a few minor improvements needed. I’d rate it a solid 4 out of 5!
