“Excellent Customer Service at the Desk”
The staff at the desk are very helpful. The hotel is easy to locate and the bus stop was just on the front, so we liked your location. There should be more varieties on breakfast menu. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with you. Thank you.

“Exeptional in all areas”
From the moment we arrived and until we departed the staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were immaculate and clean. Breakfast was amazing. “Perfect location”
I was there to visit my son and the location was five minutes from his host family. It was a great location and easy to navigate to and from. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing!

“Best place to stay in Firenze”
The hotel is in an amazing location, not in the tourist center, but you can get there in a few minutes by bus, and there are bus stops less than 2 minutes from the hotel. However, the area around the hotel offers a glimpse of local life, and you can find excellent restaurants with affordable prices… more
The hotel is in an amazing location, not in the tourist center, but you can get there in a few minutes by bus, and there are bus stops less than 2 minutes from the hotel. However, the area around the hotel offers a glimpse of local life, and you can find excellent restaurants with affordable prices within a few minutes' walk.The room was great, with central cooling (which was great for the hot days in Florence) and a very well equipped bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly, but the highlight is definitely the breakfast. We stayed six nights, but we wish it had been our hotel for the whole trip.

“Fantastic”
A very comfortable, functional and affordable hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was always serviced to a very high standard. The location is ideal to get into the centre of Firenze.
