A small, clean and quiet hotel but close to everything. Walking distance from the central train station and the historic city centre. Soundproof towards the outside. A small, clean and quiet hotel but close to everything. Walking distance from the central train station and the historic city centre. Soundproof towards the outside. Noisy guests can still be heard a little, as in many other hotels. but ear plugs worked fine. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was just right. I'd definitely go again and I'd recommend it to my friends and family.

“Lovely boutique hotel, buffet breakfast included, modern amenities, wonderful staff and great location!”
The decor is Florentine. Bathroom all marble, lots of hot water for morning showers. Front desk Paolo and James were very helpful and responsive, whether for extra towels, a non-skid bath tub mat, dinner reservations or printing museum tour tickets. It’s 5 -10 minutes to the Duomo. Front desk Paolo and James were very helpful and responsive, whether for extra towels, a non-skid bath tub mat, dinner reservations or printing museum tour tickets. It’s 5 -10 minutes to the Duomo. Only 6 minutes from the train station. The room (204) was very quiet.

We had only a few days in Florence, so we wanted a hotel that we could walk to most places easily as we had 3 generations traveling. This hotel was perfect. The location was excellent, easy to find places to eat and very short walks to a lot of main attractions. Because it is more of a boutique hotel, the staff gets to know you and go out of their way to assist you in anything you may need. During our stay, James and Paulo were the 2 gentlemen at the front desk and they couldn't have been any nicer or more accommodating. I highly recommend.

“An amazing Boutique Hotel with an amazing staff. ”
Beautiful 19 room boutique hotel. Had a great time staying there for 4 nights. Want to say thank you to all the staff especially Paulo and James for all there help. When I was on the train to Venice I realized we forgot to lock the safe and I contacted Paulo at the front desk . All of our valuables… more
Beautiful 19 room boutique hotel. Had a great time staying there for 4 nights. Want to say thank you to all the staff especially Paulo and James for all there help. When I was on the train to Venice I realized we forgot to lock the safe and I contacted Paulo at the front desk . All of our valuables were in it as were my medications and Paulo went up to the room and locked it for us. My nephew had fun playing the piano they have. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bar and lobby area were beautiful. The buffet was great as was the cappuccino coffee they made fresh for us. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you all for helping g us have a great time while visiting your city and all the memories we bring home with us.

“Can not recommend”
Small hotel with very nice staff. I was placed in a single in the dependence. Do not allow yourself to be in the dependence, especially not on the back side. My room had a window to a courtyard where it was extremely loud - families screaming, yelling/crying children, banging of kitchen plates etc.… more
Small hotel with very nice staff. I was placed in a single in the dependence. Do not allow yourself to be in the dependence, especially not on the back side. My room had a window to a courtyard where it was extremely loud - families screaming, yelling/crying children, banging of kitchen plates etc. Not from hotel patrons - others in the courtyard. It was brutal. There were bugs all over the place of varying sizes. I don't think they were roaches, but still, yuck. Given the small hotel size, the breakfast was nice - eggs, bacon, multiple types of pastries, juice. It was not a Ritz Carlton massive spread, but they only have 19 rooms. I thought it was just fine. The staff was nice. I got food poisoning (from somewhere else) and couldnt move. Location was very good, easy walking to everything from the train station at 5 minutes to the Uffizi at under 20.
