“Budget hotel..but comfortable”
The Casa Del Lago had a problem with a room, flooding, and we were relocated to another property for one night. The Casa was clean and we had a great view over the Arno and could see Uffizi Museum walking distance away. The breakfast was very simple without a lot of choice.

“They need to improve ”
Pros: Great breakfast, strong wifi signal, helpful staff. Cons: Broken shower door, no tv in the room, two beds were pushed together to make a "large bed." Not comfortable since you sink into the middle of the two beds. Plus the staff accidentally doubled charged me and it took me 21 days from th… more
Pros: Great breakfast, strong wifi signal, helpful staff. Cons: Broken shower door, no tv in the room, two beds were pushed together to make a "large bed." Not comfortable since you sink into the middle of the two beds. Plus the staff accidentally doubled charged me and it took me 21 days from the time they issued the refund to be put back into my account. This sort of was a headache to deal with when I kept calling my bank and agoda to track the refund. If you are on a very tight budget, you could stay here. But it's probably best to keep looking.
