The front desk was very helpful with spa, ski lockers, directions, room heating, etc. The hotel location is excellent- across the street from the ski bus stop, 2 minute walk from downtown with great views. We read the information and talked to the hotel prior to arriving to confirm that breakfast and dinner are included, whether you eat there or not. It turned out to be a real bonus: not only is it super convenient to walk down from your room each evening for dinner after a tiring day of skiing, you get to sit next to the same people (mostly families) every night. This made the experience extra special: we got to meet several people who are now our friends! The food is good: consistent with the 3 star hotel rating. Each morning I had made to order eggs and everything you could want in a standard Euro breakfast. Dinners were hearty and nutritious. We would definitely return if/when we go back to Europe!
