I had the unique chance to stay in this hotel recently i.e 9-14/02/20 and i am able to stay that everything was outstanding. Not only the atmosphere and environment of the hotel which is kept like the old real aristocratic times but also the people there the employees who keep the legend alive. The services were beyond reproach while you feel like in family. I have to mention the cheef reception Anastasia, Manager Karina, Ivan srreceptionist all of them on top of professional management. Mr Nicola B from restaurant veteran in service and really polite. Drivers Graciano and Patricio help all for smooth operation of this traditional hotel.

Just returned from a week of skiing in Cortina, where my wife and I stayed for the fourth time at the Miramonte. Obviously we like the hotel to have stayed there so many times when there are plenty of other hotels in the resort, so it’s worth explaining why. The hotel is a rare example of the grand old style that attracted all the Hollywood stars back in the 1930s through to the 1960s and, whilst it is showing a little wear and tear compared with the modern 5 star hotels, you cannot beat its style and atmosphere. The service is fabulous and interestingly theatrical, with the grand dining salon’s regiments of waiters, who have all been trained in the traditional art of the profession....very slick, very correct, but also endearingly human and light hearted in the approach. You are remembered by all the staff and made to feel very welcome and respected! Some people complain that the hotel is a bit removed from the ski lifts, but the regular shuttle bus from the hotel is perfectly convenient and we found the new driver “Graziano” this year to be both very friendly and very helpful in getting us to where we wanted to go without having to walk far with our skis. The one thing that should be improved is the internet/WiFi connection and the rooms should have USB sockets for mobile phone charging.....but hey, in the greater scheme of things it’s a small compromise to make in order to stay in such a rarely interesting hotel. We will be back next year!!!

This hotel has a unique look of old real aristocratic times with great lobby, bar and swimming pool. The staff were really nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the bar with live music. I overall had a great time at this hotel but I think the hotel desperately needs following improvements - Breakfast - Not 5 star level breakfast at all. Require major improvement. Even small 3 star hotels offer better breakfast in Italy. Internet - My room had no internet during my 4 nights stay Bathrooms - Needs major renovation James Bond Memorabilia - This hotel was featured in James Bond film. But there is hardly any objects/picture kept or collected related to the bond film.
