We thoroughly enjoyed our time here stating with cheerful checkin and the pleasant and helpful front staff who were always so thoughtful and passionate. They gave us suggestions on daily excursions and dining options as well as calling to make sure that where we were going was open since it was the end of the season. We appreciated the very clean standards of housekeeping as well as the good service we had for dining. The manager was also always available who went out his way to ask us if we enjoyed our stay and the table that we booked for dinner.

Surrounded by the Dolomites with beautiful views from the rooms. An older I would say elegant place with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Surrounded by the Dolomites with beautiful views from the rooms. An older I would say elegant place with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Nicely positioned a little outside of downtown which was only a short walk away; short walk to cable cars with spectacular views. Stop at Masi wine bar on cable car route. I bought of 2018 Amarone there. Best I’ve ever tasted. Nice restaurant which oddly featured fresh seafood which was excellent ( but pricey). I would stay there again if I was in Cortina.

We loved our suite with a balcony view of beautiful mountains and town. First of all, the staff at the front desk were EXCELLENT! They were very helpful and never tired of our questions or asks for recommendations. I rate the front desk staff 5 stars. They cleaned the room daily upon request. Our room was very clean upon arrival. We also had dinner at their restaurant Amadeus which we liked too. They have plenty of parking underground. The hotel is within walking distance to “downtown” which is full of many high-end clothing stores. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel off the beaten path in Cortina. Quiet from the city noise but it’s an older hotel with thin walls so it’s very loud in the rooms. Nice hotel off the beaten path in Cortina. Quiet from the city noise but it’s an older hotel with thin walls so it’s very loud in the rooms. When the neighbors were in their bathroom, we felt like they could have been in ours. Bring your earplugs! Small dated rooms with extra filler furniture that takes up much needed space. No place to put 2 suitcases. Built in closet was helpful if you want to unpack. I don’t think this hotel is 4 stars but if you read the rating definitions, it doesn’t refer to the rooms. I think the rooms make this a 3 star hotel. Lobby and hotel staff were nice. Restaurant is good and convenient. I thought the restaurant staff were strange. They seemed annoyed to be working and the same group works the breakfast and the dinner. Breakfast is nice although you have to ask for coffee vs being offered so you have to find the staff to ask them. Buses of tourists were staying there each night so that kept the little staff they had in Oct busy. Dinner was good but slow after we drove 10 hours and just wanted something fairly quick - an hour to get a bowl of pasta. During season when more places are open, I would not stay here.
