“The sincere heart of Venice luxury”

“Perfect location-TOP notch staff”
Wow! We could not have asked for a better location in Venice-central to everything and on grand canal. ALL STAFF are service driven professionals and do not let anyone or anything go unnoticed! “No Pigeons at THIS Hotel.”
The rooms were nice and the lobby was lovely, but it was a bit of confusion regarding check-in (had to wait 45 minutes as a Sat checkin only warranted 2 employees at the desk). Restaurant wasn’t great but was certainly expensive. They had to walk around with a falcon to keep pigeons away.
