“Family stay”

Very clean appartement and perfect location.Pleasant service. Managers running the accomodation were flexible and allow us to smoothly check-in and check out. The only issue was with a lot of mosquitos.

Nice, comfortable, spacious, clean apartment. Great location (walking distance from the garages around Piazzale Roma), close to the center on foot. Nice view from room. A quiet place. That is a house with 6 similar apartments + 1 on the top (suita for two with balcony). The apartment has a shower gel, dishwasher, hairdryer. Daily cleaning and good free coffee (machine DolceG). Definitely still come. Weaknesses: the walls are thiny so bring ear checks. In a kitchen is missing a smaller knife.

We family of four, two adults with two children stayed in a 1 bed apartment on the first floor. Apartment is well located, about 10 min walk from the bus station and restaurants. There are few restaurants close by as well. If you are arriving by boat St basila is a close ferry stop about 10min walk. Apartments is clean, spacious and well suited for family of four. Sofa bed is not so comfortable but its ok for two nights. Kitchen had all useful stuff to make a little meal. Response from the owner is quick and helpful information. Reception open from 9-2am but the instructions provided to us by the owner was very helpful as we arrived after 2. Only small problem we found was the main entrance to the building is very difficult to close and open. You need to push hard to open/ close the door. It needs some work to be done. specially it makes lot of noise in the night time and wakes up whenever someone comes in late. Also the aircon inside the apartment makes some dribbling sound in the night time, not sure what it was, even though we didn't use it. I am sure these two can be easily fixed. Apart from those little things we really enjoyed our stay. weather was so pleasant. If you are arriving by boat/ bus use the google map. Its very easy to find. There is no big sign outside the building so you need to check the door. There is no lift, so you need to carry your bags.

My husband and I traveled through Italy and Venice was our last stop. It was difficult from the beginning to find appealing lodging for ourselves in venice. We booked here based off the fantastic reviews we read months prior. Our suite was very spacious. The staff was thorough and helpful with directions and instructions provided in advance via email. Short walk from the train station and close to a variety of restaurants and bars which was nice. The suite itself appeared decent upon arrival and the bed was comfortable.. the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay we never recieved house keeping, fresh towels, sheets or even soap. There is rarely staff on site and the last thing I want to do on vacation is contact a manager outside of the office to arrange our room to be cleaned and provided with clean linens. This was disappointing. The building remains dark, unlit at all times, so getting to and from your room could be difficult and unsafe for you walk up and down stairs in the dark. Not sure how the other rooms were but ours did not have central air that we were able to locate, again no one on site so no one to ask for assistance..therefore we needed to sleep with the windows open. By morning there were bug bites all over my husband and nat like things on every wall (our fault for opening the windows in the first place) all in all, location seemed fine, when communicating with staff they were exceptional..main complaint is the cleanliness of our room and lack of maintenance.
