“Gem of a place”
Stayed hear over Easter 2023. Owner came to met us as we got off the water taxi and walked us to the apartment.. 5 mins if that. “No frills but perfectly acceptable.”
My husband and i enjoyed a 3 day trip away from the kids. We booked the junior suite as i was tempted by the terrace overlooking the canal. That was lovely but in November not of any real use. We have stayed here a few times over the years. It’s clean, comfortable and is in a great location. There is a coffee shop that local people use about 100 metres away and they are reasonably priced if you just want a coffee in the morning as we do. “can improve”
Small hotel. excellent breakfast. good beds. i was not lucky to find the air conditioner on so it was too hot. the reception does not open 24h Which is a problem. the location is perfect next to Rialto and not far from San Marco
