“Great find for price in great location.”
A traditional hotel in a good location. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short stay: kettle, hairdryer. Room had air con but wasn’t required when I was there. We stayed in the annex across the road from the hotel with a view of the street. Some noise from passers… more

It a basic hotel but central Gabrielle is very helpful in arranging transport for us to be picked up near the hotel the breakfast is only basic but it is ok you have akettle and fridge in your room uf needed there is stars as this a old hotel we stayed across the rd

“Comfortable base north of the city”
Nice little hotel set in the north of the city near a service canal. Good base if a little tired in decor. We had room 400 which was spacious and adequate, this is situated to the front of the hotel overlooking a Trattoria restaurant which is not linked to the hotel. The restaurant closed at 10pm … more

“Fair”
The location is fantastic and the hotel has some old school charm. The problem was the smell of sewage emanating from the bathroom. The staff was not apologetic and said that the smell is not unusual in Venice. If you do book this hotel request a room in the main hotel and avoid room 507.
