“Loved it!”
Hotel was in a superb location, on the Grand canal, directly across from the water taxi station. The room was modern and very clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We also thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast! We would highly recommend anyone going to Venice, to stay here.

“Location, Location, Location”
Just left after 3 nights. A small but lovely room with everything you need. Breakfast superb. Would highly recommend for a short stays as an excellent location for all the sights. Right on the waters edge an easy walk to the square and palace.
