“Highly recommended!”
Happy friends advised me hotel la Calcina. Great location centrally but just away from the crowds. Ask for a room on the water side: magical view. Nice room, beautiful bathroom. Great breakfast. “water views without the crowds”
When they said "best room in the house:" they were right. Our corner room had water views everywhere, even from the shower! Ask for room 2. The service was friendly and helpful at every turn. This hotel is away from the crowds but only 60m from a vaporetto stop. A perfect stay.
