“Nice quiet hotel”
Very nice and clean rooms on a quieter side street. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. They also provided a decent breakfast every morning. The friendly dog in the lobby when we arrived was a welcome bonus. We would recommend staying here.

“Wonderful location.”
Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff was helpful throughout the booking experience. They were also helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was an added benefit. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

“Great Place to Stay”
Every thing about this hotel was marvelous. The hotel staff was superb and very helpful. I can't walk distances and the staff made sure we had water taxis within a short distance of the hotel. The breakfast each morning was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

“Pleasant experience.”
The hotel was conveniently located near Piazza San Marco and near a Vaporetto stop. There was a laundry mat just down the street. We didn't need it, but it was very convenient if you needed to wash some clothes. We received an upgrade from a Classic Double to the Superior room, so that was a nic… more

“A disappointment”
Stayed at 4 different places in our 2 weeks in Italy, and this was the only one I would not stay again. We had a room on the ground floor, across the courtyard from the lobby in a separate building.
