“Great”
I really enjoyed and loved this hotel, the reception staff were very cooperative especially Mr. Rami, who was very kind, friendly and really helped me and guided me during my stay there. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was awesome, I wish I will visit again.

“Needs another light in the bathroom!”
One simple change needed . The mirror in the bathroom has only one light, on the left hand side. So the right side of your face is in shadow. Men can cope, but for women applying make up, it must be a right PIA Excellent breakfasts Very helpful reception staff.

“Great staff, clean, well located for travel.”
We visited for the F1 this weekend. The staff were largely lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The quality of the food in the restaurant was very good and we chose to eat there rather than go out in the evenings. We visited for the F1 this weekend. The staff were largely lovely and very helpful and accommodating. The quality of the food in the restaurant was very good and we chose to eat there rather than go out in the evenings. Likewise the breakfast was much better than I’ve had at much more expensive hotels in the U.K. m the service was always very efficient and courteous. The room we had was very spacious. Bed was horrendously hard but it’s hit and miss in any hotel. We didn’t realise there was a pillow service offered until day 2 but that was great. No ironing facilities but they are super quick to bring when requested. The only drawback is there is no tea/coffee making facilities, and you get one free box of water on day 1 which is never replenished, you then have to pay for the water from the mini bar. But none of these things are the worst. Really easy to get to the centre of Bologna on the nearby bus and a 15 min walk at most to Centrale station. A very pleasant stay and I would definitely return.
