I arrived late from the near by train station Bologna Central. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, but did not have tea and coffee making facilities or a cup or glass to drink out of. The breakfast was very nice with a good deal of items available..The seating area for breakfast was a little small and restricted. Overall the hotel was very good and staff helpful and friendly. Thanks to the night staff who checked me out around 5 am for allowing me to get a drink before leaving it was much appreciated. Good hotel enjoyed my stay.

closely situated wihin 8 min walk from Bologna train sation, and a clean and spacious room. after first night the air condition was switched off at 6 am, waking up with sweated pillow case. when passing from the reception to go for brakfast, told the female reception about the ac issue and she replied that will pass our compain to technical staff.# we went for breakfast and it is outsatnding lots of pastries, cerials, cakes , coffees and choclate drinks, friut juices, bread and toast with a variety of delicatessen, yuoghurts, together with antipasto vegitables Italian style. Thunbs up. the second night arrived anf again ac swithed off 6 am . they told us that somone should have temperred with the ac conrols. the desk is very helpful when asking for railway information and destinations. the 3rd 4th and 5th night the ac again swithed off 6 am we complained every morning after the 3rd day the soap dispensor of the sink was used up. returnig back to hotel after a day travelling, went to wash my hands and found no soap, had to tell the reception for it to be filled up. the following day the dispensor of the shower emptied and got fed up of complainig and emptied half of the refilled sink soap in the shower soap dispensor. prior to our final night told the reception that we are going to stay in the room untill check out and to keep ac on. again at 8 am it was switched off. went to reception to compain were it was swithed on again. They had no sockets with usb ports so difficult for everone to charge devices. The key of the room is with a heavy rectangular brass tag with the room number stamped, quite heavy to carry with to travel and go to destinations, a key card is much more convinient and light to carry.
