The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens directly onto an open space split into the living area and sleeping area. The living room includes a kitchen fitted with a dining table and fully equipped, including a microwave and a kettle. Between the two spaces there is a double sofa bed, beyond which there is access to the sleeping area which features a queen-size bed, two nightstands with two lamps, a television placed on a TV cabinet and a two-door wardrobe. A bathroom with a spacious shower completes the apartment. At guests’ disposal there will be comforts such as the air conditioning throughout the apartment and the heating for colder days. *In the same building there are other apartments. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
