What a fantastic vacation and 1st time stay at the Sertorelli Sport Hotel!!! Luca, Karla and Sara were amazing and so hopeful to work with. From the moment we arrived until we departed we felt like family. The food was fantastic, the location was perfect! Just steps from the village center. Loved having the complimentary morning shuttle to the lifts and back to the hotel at the end of day....although very easy to walk from the trails as well. The spa was great as well! Kids enjoyed it until 5pm and then it's adults only which was pleasant too! We can not wait to book another holiday with them again!!!!

“A wonderful week in the snow”

We can't recommend the Sertorelli highly enough. We honestly had the best week and felt part of the family by day two! The food was brilliant, plenty of choice everyday. We can't recommend the Sertorelli highly enough. We honestly had the best week and felt part of the family by day two! The food was brilliant, plenty of choice everyday. We loved that there was a buffet starter and dessert, but the other two main courses you could choose from a daily changing menu. The restaurant staff were second to none. Gian Franco was so accommodating and really took the time to understand my dietary needs (pescatarian). When we arrived at dinner, he had fish available that wasn't on the menu, which was a really lovely touch. Irina was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. She really went the extra mile to make our meals really special, even considering we didn't speak the same language. And Luca, well what a star he was. He was so friendly and helpful. We had one day where we were unable to ski and he took so much time to recommend other activities for us and offered to make reservations. He also recommended a lovely little restaurant for us in town with gorgeous pumpkin gnocchi. We are frequent international travellers, and fussy ones at that. However, I would go as far to say this is the best and most personable service I have ever received at any hotel. I would highly recommend visiting the hotel. Thank you so much to the team, its an experience we won't ever forget x

“Excellent ski hotel”

I'll get to the only issue that stops this getting a 5 rating. It's the restaurant food, it's just not good enough. We think they are just trying too hard. I'll get to the only issue that stops this getting a 5 rating. It's the restaurant food, it's just not good enough. We think they are just trying too hard. Apart from this, we were delighted by everything else. The service and friendliness of the staff is exemplary. Our 4 rooms were all very comfortable, well equipped and suited our needs perfectly. The ski locker room is first class and access to the ski slope either a 3-4 minute walk or the hotel shuttle is on demand and very efficient. Great place to stay for a ski holiday, but avoid the half board and use the easily accessible local restaurants.

Very similar to a previous reviewer, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. To start on the positives... rooms are well appointed, bar is lovely (as are the cocktails and the bar staff), the ski room works well, shuttle bus to the slopes is excellent and the spa is a great way to end the day. The main issue is the food. It's trying and failing to be fancy fine dining when fine dining is not necessary. Post skiing dining needs simple pasta, pizza and "hearty" type grub. Also, I found the waiting staff in the restaurant to be a little snooty, aloof and unfriendly... perhaps aligning to the fancy dining attempt. The food may well suit others and it's just my family, but hey, that's the point of writing an opinion via a review platform like this. Last point that clinches my decision to never return was a substantial addition of extras on my bill that I discovered when checking out. I accept that mistakes can be made, but when the management acknowledged the hotel's logging of wine purchases not correct, their behaviour was the same snooty style I mentioned above. They could have easily resolved what was a very embarrassing position for them by just removing the erroneous items from the bill, but instead they made me stand there for an hour while they tried (and failed) to concoct a plausible explanation. It's their treatment of the situation that leads me to mention it here. They are lucky I'm giving 3 stars to be honest, but as I said, there are a lot of good things about the place.
