Great Hotel and very friendly staff spoke many Languages. We had such a lovely stay. We felt very much at home and very comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and professional – the dining staff were magnificent. The meals were well presented with a good selection. The quality was really good. Great rooms and restaurant. The spa area is pretty basic. The outdoor thermal pool is huge and fantastic with all the hidden Jacuzzis inside. The location is isolated with a great countryside and pretty relaxing. Staff are very helpful and meeting went without issues. We had one receptionist called Martina. She was a delight to work with, any question was ok. The director Marino Bottaro who seems to be everywhere checking everything is extremely polite and seems to really care about the wellbeing and comfort of all guests. The hotel was beyond expectations in every respect - attentive service, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful, spacious and clean room with comfortable beds and large bathroom, lovely breakfasts, excellent dinners in the hotel restaurant, wonderful bar for an after-dinner drink. The spa was fantastic. Enjoyed a mud wrap treatment and thermal bath with ozone made by Vanni Negrisolo, also vascular gymnastic at the kneipp pool. A full list of different packages is offered. Resting outside on the comfortable loungers encouraged. Our only disappointment was that they give you one towel for pools. CONCLUSION: In all, we had an amazing time here at the La Residence & Idrokinesis Hotel and I long to be back. There are many things to keep you occupied, from the large pools, a mud wrap treatment and the beauty services if you can afford it. “Very good hotel. Clean. Good service”

It has a Venetian royal design. Yes - You feel rich when you enter it. The staff welcome us and accompany us for a short brief over the hotel facilities. It has one indoor pool and two pools outside. It has a Venetian royal design. Yes - You feel rich when you enter it. The staff welcome us and accompany us for a short brief over the hotel facilities. It has one indoor pool and two pools outside. The temperature in one of the outer pool was not warm enough. Dinner was a combination of served dishes and buffet and was very reach and of high quality food. Breakfast however contained too much wrapped industrial items instead of fresh products. Location is slightly off Abano Terme center pedestrian street, but its only few minutes walk. To summarize - I highly recommend.

In a week in which we toured Venice and the Veneto and sought out small hotels or B&B accommodation, this was the exception, booked because we enjoy visiting hot springs, and because Padova central hotels looked quite expensive and hard to navigate to. The quality of this large hotel was fine, with very good service. The pool temperature was little below what we had hoped for, based on visits to thermal spas elsewhere. For convenience we ate in the restaurant but it lacked the atmosphere and quality of our restaurant choices over the previous week, and I would recommend seeing what else is available in the neighbourhood. For breakfast the hotel was fine. We found no parking spaces in the signed car park on arrival, but then found plenty of space in the underground parking area which was less well signed.
