food was very exlant food people very kind and help full the pool was very good we liked staying there had great time we love it.nothing bad to say all good tiberias became nice city they have to try more for citizens there. more intertaments for the people

“Exceptional stay”
The manager Nati provided me an excellent service and was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make my stay in the hotel and the city a wonderful place experience. Nati made my 12 day stay a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern and clean and the location is great.

“Great Experience!”
As soon as we entered the front door, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Amoon and Nati were so accommodating. They made us feel like we were the most important guests in the hotel. “If sticky floors and a noisy restaurant is your thing this will be perfect family getaway.”
We stayed 2 nights. And didn’t bother having dinner on the second evening. Was a bit disappointed. The rooms are spacious but outdated. Carpets needed a good clean. The hotel had drinks on tap, but I would rather go without it. The breakfast was ok. Will be great experience for young famil… more
