“Ilan is the best”
Ilan is absolutely the best. He helped us so so much on our visit to Jerusalem. The hotel is beautiful. All the staff are fabulous. It is a haven in Jerusalem. But Ilan goes out of his way to help. Literally the best in the Middle East. Thank you for all your help

Had a lovely stay at the hotel in September. The staff is much more friendly, accommodating and aiming to please than in previous visits.
