“Excellent Service”
Excellent service, very accommodating even when we arrived just before kitchen closed. The experience was made memorable by the staff and an assistant named Ben who provided a desert with a special message and experience for the birthday girl.

“Room not ready”
Room wasn’t ready. We arrived at 3.20 as check in was at 3 I had requested early check in for 2pm but got no response.
