“Amazing stay”
Amazing experience, booked the package deal, from arrival to departure the staff went above and beyond. A special shout of to I think her name is Leona from the restaurant, her service was 5*, all the staff were so friendly. Clean and quiet rooms

“Stay at The Address”
The room I stayed in was incredibly spacious and immaculate, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff were exceptionally friendly, always prompt, and efficient with any requests we had. I highly recommend this place for its excellent service and attention to detail.

“Home from Home!”
This is my second review in the past year. This hidden gem has to be the best hotel This side of Dublin! The reception staff led by Julian are exceptional. Nothing is to much trouble to them. The overall experience of regularly staying at the Address Hotel Kingswood / Citywest is fantastic which is spearheaded by the hotels friendly staff / management which are an absolute pleasure to deal with daily especially Julian and Sue.
