“Amazing wedding experience”

The staff was incredibly helpful in terms of helping me and my husband plan our wedding from beginning to end! The room we had was also super comfortable and the food for both the wedding and in the restaurant was 10/10, thank you all so much! :)

“Without a doubt best choice”

I booked the Kingswood Suite for my workshop event for my clinics. Attention to detail, assistance and communication was tops! I will definitely have my next event there again. Lunch in Restaurant was enjoyed and complimented by all who attended the event.

“Perfect Wedding Experience at The Address Hotel, Citywest.”

Peter and I got married on Friday 13th September at the Address Hotel, Citywest which included the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception for 50 guests. I can honestly say it was everything we had dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was nothing short of perfect. A special mention must also go to Nathan, who I liaised with in the months leading up to the wedding. Nathan was incredibly helpful and made the planning process smooth and stress-free. He was always calm, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A huge thank you for the chilled glass of water when I needed it most. I also want to thank Zana who I worked with to reserve all the rooms for our guests. There were last minute changes, and she was so kind and helpful. The ceremony room was beautifully decorated, setting a stunning backdrop for the wedding ceremony. The cocktail hour was a highlight, with prosecco and appetizers that had our guests raving. The reception was equally impressive—every detail was meticulously arranged, and the food and wine were exceptional. A shout out to the head chief Sousian!!! Food was outstanding. Thank you. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding and everyone was thrilled with their rooms. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. A special mention must go to Sue, the wedding supervisor. She was adored by all our guests and truly was the glue that held everything together. Her constant check-ins and timely prompts ensured that everything went off without a hitch. She also had a fantastic sense of humor and kept us all smiling. A huge thank you for helping with the fiddly boutonnieres and for providing my father with a second helping of mashed potatoes!!! The bar staff and waiters and waitresses were outstanding, providing excellent service throughout the night. Thank you so much to Dragos, Zudiar, Joseph, Eoin, and Leila. You also were brilliant with all the children and that was very much appreciated. A warm thank you to Summi at the reception desk who provided me with a glass of cold water with a straw just when I needed it. You were so kind. The hotel also reserved a space at the North restaurant for a breakfast gathering the morning after the wedding, which was a wonderful way to continue the celebrations with all our family and friends. We truly felt like VIPs. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail we received was absolutely five-star. We were blown away by the care, warmth and professionalism shown by everyone at the Address Hotel, Citywest. Thank you for making our wedding day truly unforgettable! Thank you. “Great stay”

Very good stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent in the “North” restaurant. Sushant, the night manager was very kind and helpful. Room was very spacious, beds very comfy. The sauna in the the gym was a nice addition. Would recommend to stay here.
