“Lovely Hotel”
We had never stayed at the Plaza before and were very impressed with it, we stayed the weekend of 22-23 June. The hotel reception was bright and welcoming as was the restaurant. “A very nice hotel”
Beautiful hotel , lovely staff on check in Beds are so comfortable Rooms are spacious & clean Breakfast is highly recommended, very nice. All staff I met were very friendly & smiling. Would highly recommend a stay here in The Plaza Shopping centre close by & Luas stop just walking distance

“The way it should be.”
Overall the Plaza is a nice hotel, it is clean , staff are friendly and the parking underground saves so much hassle. If l was to moan about anything it would be sitting at the table waiting to place a food order. That was a bit on the slow side. Otherwise well done. We will be back.

“Couple”
All was good apart from the cleaner woke us up banging on the door 2hrs before check out time. Also fire alarm went off at 11am which was quite disturbing. Apart from that it was good and like the security of not being able to use the lifts to the bedrooms unless you had a card key

Beautifully refurbished hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room we were first out in was lovely but I was awoken at 4am with road noise.
