Luis went far and beyond making sure we relaxed.We arrived early for our reservation and Luis took our bags and told us a place to eat and unwind while our room was being made up. He went the extra mile and brought our luggage up and the keys to us.

I had the breakfast buffet and the lady working was named Minhue. She is lovely! So friendly and caring towards her guests. I think the hotel would benefit HUGELY if she had more responsibility in different areas other than breakfast buffet.

First stay in a Hilton Hotel Staff: On arrival, the staff at reception were very friendly with big smiles as we came to check in. They quickly checked all details were correct and issued our key cards. The breakfast and bar staff were unbelievably kind and attentive. Everyone had a small on their face and were more than willing to help and attend to any need, big or small. A big shoutout to the very friendly Breakfast host in the morning, Minhue, she had a smile on her face each morning and was so very kind and friendly. Cleaning staff had the room spotless after a service (even wiped the desk after I spilled some makeup setting powder on it). Knocked the door in the evening to make sure the room was done and if we were happy with it, and if we needed anything else. Room: We stayed in Room 416, King Deluxe Room. This room had a large spacious balcony with 2 outdoor chairs and a table, perfect for lounging in the fresh air while looking onto the busy street below and a view of the garden/park across the road. With a full wall of windows, there is plenty of natural light making its way into the room. The layout of the room was as standard, a feature which I quite enjoyed was that the desk was located behind the TV, nearly feeling like a separate part of the room. But if you prefer to watch TV while getting ready for the evening, maybe this would not be to your liking. The bed was a large king sized bed. My only complaint was the pillows - one minute you would plump them up and as soon as your head hit them they would deflate - I ended folding them in half for hope of extra comfort (reason for 4/5 rating) The bathroom had both a separate bath and shower. The rainfall shower was great - however, be wary of the shower dial and the temperature, one little turn and you could be either scalded or frozen, but when you find the perfect temp, it is brilliant. Food: Breakfast was lovely each morning. Each station was very well stocked with hot and cold goods. Coffee machine to make lattes, cappucinos, etc which you could take with you afterwards in takeaway cups. Plenty of pastries and doughnuts on offer as well. An entire Gluten Free area for those who may need it. We had our dinner one evening in the bar. Staff were quick to seat us and give us menus. The 10oz RibEye for delicious, it would melt in your mouth with the peppercorn sauce, YUMMM! Also, the Steak Sandwich has so much on it and is equally as tasty. Last orders are 9.45pm, so great for anyone looking a late night dinner. I would say the drinks are very overpriced - but that's standard Dublin hotels for you. A lower end spirit starts at €8.50. Room Service Menu could do with a better variety. Between 10pm - 6am, you can only avail of sandwiches or a caesar salad. Local Area: There are a number of shops nearby to stock up on wee snacks during your stay within a 5 min walk of the hotel's front door. We went to the Zoo while we stayed and it was only a 15/20 min walk and it was a gorgeous walk partially through Phoenix Park (could pop in to see the War Memorial Gardens on your way there or back) Great location for the city centre also - 10 min walk to Luas Depot Transport & Access: Very easy to get to following a Sat Nav. There is a taxi rank outside - we always use the FreeNow app when in Dublin and it was a perfect pick up point. Parking: Although everyone hates to pay Dublin prices for parking (€15 per day/night here) but the hotel's underground car park is very safe and secure with gates on both exit and entry.
