This is a lovely hotel with nice decor and a lovely atmosphere. I spent one night here and the bed in my room was super comfy. It had bath, shower, great towels, Iron, hairdryer and tea making facilities. Security in the hotel was very good. I found the staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. I ate dinner also but wasn’t quite so impressed with this. It was ok. I’d definitely stay here again.

We love the staff here..especially appreciated are Julia and Steven, who work in the bar/restaurant. They were down to earth, fun and hospitable. The city was having a problem with the water supply after a bad storm, but the staff did a great job helping everyone endure and maintain morale while waiting for the water issue to be resolved. It’s also very clean! We will be back!

“Late check out!”

Clayton hotels are always a preference for me but Just felt I need to mention this. So we stayed at Clayton hotel Dublin airport. Clayton hotels are always a preference for me but Just felt I need to mention this. So we stayed at Clayton hotel Dublin airport. My husband had come in from New York and was jet lagged so I selected ‘late checkout’ on the keypad on self check in and paid an extra €20 for it. Unfortunately the staff were not aware of it as we had them knock on the door 3 times at 11am so the late check out wasn’t much good. The following night we checked into the Clayton in limerick and again paid €20 for a late check out and the same thing happened. They phoned us at 11am asking us to check out. If you decide on a late check out I would advise going to reception desk and telling them as they do not seem to get the notification if you pay for it at self check in.
