Had the most wonderful stay at the Heights Hotel in Killarney on a girls trip! It’s a must-stay when you are in Killarney visiting the park and the Gap of Dunloe!! Spent two memorable nights at this comfortable hotel, with the best time spent at the hotel pub each night. Joan went out of her way to take care of us - making us feel so welcome right from the first meeting. Not only did Joan make our stay at the hotel and nights at the pub memorable, she was like an ambassador to Ireland - such a friendly spirit that gave world-class service! Kacper and Elena also did a great job and made a great team with Joan! Spening time with the three of them were like spending time with old friends - we even celebrated Elena's birthday during our last night there! Thank you for making our trip to Ireland so memorable!! Try the traditional Irish breakfast in the morning just to say you did.... and don't forget the fish and chips for dinner - YUM! Will definitely be back if I'm in the area again - it's worth it!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 2nd to 3rd December 2024 and will definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. We arrived late after a long journey and was greeted by Olga on reception who was extremely pleasant and helpful. We hadn't eaten all day and despite the restaurant being closed she arranged with a gentleman at the bar who was described as tall and handsome to make us some sandwiches. (Sorry I don't know your name but I'm sure you know who you are). The bar staff were all very professional and really pleasant, especially Anthony who took time to talk to us and exchange some pleasant, friendly, banter. He made our evening very special. At breakfast we were greeted by Joan who again was so pleasant, professional and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and we had a great conversation about the local area. On checking out of the hotel we were greeted by Sarah-Jane who again was very professional, friendly and helpful and lovely to talk to. She finished our stay with the same exceptional experience and we had when we arrived. This must be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in, I could not fault any area of the hotel that I had access to for cleanliness. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with an exceptionally high standard of maintenance. Our room and bathroom was a good size, comfortable, spotless, and modern. The breakfast was perfect and the area we sat was spacious and bright. This hotel is ideally located to Killarney main town and a very short and direct drive to INEC. It is also easy to find as it is directly off the N22 Cork Road. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough

“Great”
To one of best stays we had with our child. Staff was courteous enough to provide us with baby cot at the last minute request. Cleanliness and all the amenities were really good. The location was perfect. Overall we had a great time. Will surely come back

We stayed for 1 night receptionist was pleasant but no info where to go for breakfast etc. Room was very nice only fault was not enough sockets. Manager in restaurant very helpful but rest of staff especially bar man quite rude we asked could we have food in bar and he just said no so we went into … more
We stayed for 1 night receptionist was pleasant but no info where to go for breakfast etc. Room was very nice only fault was not enough sockets. Manager in restaurant very helpful but rest of staff especially bar man quite rude we asked could we have food in bar and he just said no so we went into restaurant but later there were people eating in bar! Just feel they need to be trained same with breakfast staff I had to grab plate off waitress as it nearly fell on top of me and I ended up spilling coffee on myself on even sure if she realised what she had done as no apology. Managers are good but staff not so. Would we stay again probably not.
