“Nice weekend break”
Francesco at the arrival was very professional. Couldn't expect more informations at the begining . Gently and quick check in. Rooms vere massive on a very high standard. Silvia at the diner top class. Food was nice . Hot l located a 20 min walk from city center.

“Thanks to the Staff”
This was our first trip to Galway, Had an amazing stay, the service was excellent. It was my boyfriend ’s birthday. Special Thanks to Riccardo who made it special. The dessert was okay, but thanks to the bar staff as well. Will definitely visit again.

“Amazing Hotel”
Hotel is beautiful. Staff vas very helpful and friendly with a smile on the face. Room was very spacious and clean and beautiful too! Bathroom very modern and clean.

“Excellent room, Gluten free options poor”
No complaints about. Clean, everything worked, nice hotel. Unfortunately couldn't get a cooked breakfast as both husband and daughter intolerant to gluten. Reception apologised gave full refund for breakfast and we ate outside hotel.
