“Great staff and service!”
Our room was spotless and the food was excellent. But it is the welcome, the friendly service and kindness of the staff that makes The Connacht Hotel different. Thank you so much to David O’Connor and the team in The Connacht Hotel. We will definitely be back soon!

Stayed here recently, rooms were lovely! Reception staff were lovely, didn't get their names! Hotel is very nice decor, etc. Location is good with a bus stop just down the road. Zoe in the restaurant was a pleasure to deal with at breakfast. A credit to the team!

“Disappointing”
On arriving at the hotel first impression was very good hotel looked lovely both inside and out. Check in wasn’t great our room first of all wasn’t ready when it should have been. The room we booked should have had 3 single beds instead we got 2 double beds. After this getting to the room to discov… more

“Comfy”
This was my second visit to The Connacht Hotel Galway. Nice hotel, large rooms, good breakfast. It's not located in the Galvay city center but there is a bus stop next to the hotel (perhaps 100meters away). Some busses (402, 404 and 409) from/to Eyre Square stop there and the fare is only 1,90eur.
