“Sat and chilled with afternoon tea, and a small bottle of prosecco”
Absolutely amazing, the staff couldn't do enough, they went above and beyond, recommend. The weather was bad, so chilled for the rest of the day. The next day was cold and fresh, but some lovely walks around the grounds.. great location......

“Excellent stay”
An Excellent stay, really wonderful staff - they were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable and luxurious. We had a great meal in the evening too. A great hotel for both families and golfers.

“Lovely hotel, but needs improvement in certain areas”
Positives: Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Beds were very comfortable. Positives: Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly. Food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Beds were very comfortable. Negatives: This was my second time staying here, and again, the same issue with housekeeping. Our room wasn’t serviced over the course of the weekend. One tiny shower gel was left for two people to use. I had to go walking to find a service trolley in the hall way to get some more. Had to ask at reception for clean towels. Just really not up to standard. There were also two flies in our bathroom when we checked into the room. One of the cups and spoons left by the coffee machine were grubby and stained. Also water left lying in the coffee machine. Just these little things are very off putting. The bar area had so many tables reserved for dining that there was nowhere to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening. On the Saturday night the only area available in the bar was to stand at the actual bar or one high table under the tv, which was then taken away for the singer to set up. Also not a huge thing, but none of the Christmas trees were lit around the hotel, which I thought was strange and took away from the atmosphere.
