“Great hotel!”
We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We were there over the new year with our 2 adult children. The hotel decor is classic, historical, and beautiful. The rooms were cozy but I did think the bathrooms could be updated. The bar was undergoing a renovation and it’s going to look stunning when it’s done… more

“Toilets were a disgrace”
I was there for drinks with my friends on Friday night. The toilets were a disgrace one toilet bowl was flowing with toilet paper up to the top of the blow ,the other toilet had no toilet paper. The floor was covered in water. I did talk to a manager he listened but didn't say he have it sorted. R… more
