Lovely staff, modern and clean room, AC and easy access to the city. The parking is extremely limited. Had to park on the sidewalk parking down the block other than that, zero complaints. We lucked out on an earlier breakfast hour due to a tour group in town. I would say breakfast should open at 7 daily for those flying out from SNN.

“Best Room and Service we have ever had!”

Staff was great (shout out to Jessica and Linda) - Room the best ever, we were looking for large since we were going to be in Limerick and this hotel listed the square footage, I will always look for this in the future, when you're staying for more than a day (our trip in Limerick was 6 nights) you want space and this hotel did not disappoint, I don't know if all the rooms are as large as room 507, but I do believe all the ones on the 5th floor are - the food amazing!!

“12th Anniversary”

Like i wrote before it was lovely experience..Food delicious 10 stars for the kitchen,staff lovely-helpfull,we stay in suite 330 it was just overall nice-lovely stay

I've given this hotel only 3 stars. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious. we had a family room which consisted of twin beds and a sofa bed. My parents had the beds and said they were divine. My sofa bed was comfy enough considering it was a sofa bed so no complaints there. N espresso coffee machine and cups and very much appreciated the take away cups for coffee and run which I did indeed use as we didn't have breakfast. Only sticks for spoons though. Would have liked some proper spoons. Despite not using the restaurant, I did pop down for milk as I can't stand the milks in the room. they were extremely courteous and helpful The overall decor of the hotel was warm and pleasing and I would consider this a premier inn style hotel. I did have some reservations though which caused me to lower my rating * They don't accept cash payment for the rooms which urks me as I believe in keeping cash flow going. I don't mind paying with card but taking away the option from guests is a no no. *You have to pay fully on arrival before you are allowed to go to your room. Er Why? You have my details from the phone booking and if I run off at the end you have the right to charge my card. Didn't like that. *Parking is a nightmare! OK you cant do much with the size of the car park you have but you need to arrange something with the nearest car park so that guests do not have to find a space in the street. You can't rest in the morning when you know you have to move your car at 9.30am and find somewhere else....which could potentially be anywhere. You have to pay for street parking and only get 2 hours before you move again. *We needed wheelchair parking and found one on initial arrival in the underground car park. Now of all spaces, wheelchair spaces need the most room. We had to park alongside a large roll of carpet and several small planks of wood. When I said this to the receptionist she rang someone to move it. They clearly had no intention of doing so and it was still in the same place the following morning. 10 times more difficult if the wheelchair user was also the driver and on their own. I felt this was very disrespectful. When I had to drop my mum to an appt I lost the space and had to park down the street, then move it and I prayed I would get a space back in the underground so that my wheelchair user would be pushed down the street in the rain. I did not have a restful morning after that till we checked out. * The doors to the room are painted blue and I really felt that I was going into a cell. Please paint your doors a bright and light welcoming colour. Thank God the room beyond was lovely. While the physical hotel and staff were nice, I would try another hotel which may accommodate needs such as parking and choice of pay but this does not mean that I definitely would not stay again.
