“Perfect hotel for a Killarney stay”
Great location only 5 mins walk from the town. Welcoming, friendly staff. The fire going in the lounge area was really nice. The room we had was spacious, modern and had lovely comfy beds. Loved the rainfall shower head in the bathroom. Our go to hotel when going to Killarney.

“Great spotlights”
Really great stay. The team at Randles couldn’t be more helpful from accommodating our later arrival, looking after our bikes, great breakfasts, and just all around friendly. In particular I was a big fan of the spotlights in the hotel room

“One night in Killarney”
We arrived in the early evening and we parked underneath in the garage although there were a couple spots up above. The hotel was very clean and updated. Room was warm and there is no thermostat. We arrived in the early evening and we parked underneath in the garage although there were a couple spots up above. The hotel was very clean and updated. Room was warm and there is no thermostat. We opened a window and that worked well. We had to leave at 7am and the lobby area had lights turned off and there was nobody at desk. I wasn’t able to check out and wasn’t sure what to do. I called the hotel around 9am to advise them we left and she charged the card I left on file when I checked in and all was well. Otherwise we were only there for one night while passing through to do the Ring of Kerry. There is a convenience store just across the street that has coffee, hot food, grocery items, gas, anything you might need. Would stay here again. We thought it was a good location.

Very good location. Bedrooms are very nice. Bathrooms are new. Bed are REALLY comfy. Breakfast was average (good products but average).
