Stayed there with 2 children, staff could not be nicer, food in restaraunt was fresh home cooked and nothing was too much trouble. Pillows bed and duvets all top quality. Needs a bit of rejuvenation in parts but that is the only negative. The parts of the hotel they have done up, are done beautifully. I will definitely be returning, super value, super staff congratulations and Continued success to this hotel.

“Average hotel”

Slightly disappointed that the quality aspects of this hotel were lacking in every detail. its a good hotel but has potential to be much more. The room was a great size and comfortable and clean but suffers from TLC and is getting a little tired.

Stayed here on business in the area, nice food, nice staff, spacious, no noise intrusion, rooms massive however, where to begin: the rooms are MASSIVE with a tiny telly, now you don't go to a hotel to watch telly but put in a room this size it looks the size of a stamp. It is fixed to a stand in front of a GIANT mirror and the bed is facing the mirror, the sound from the telly bounces off the mirror and around the room so putting it on for that 10 minutes before bed is an uncomfortable experience. And the mirror itself, is floor to ceiling about 6 feet wide, not my idea of comfort lying looking at yourself in bed when you wake up. Lastly the decor, these awful oak fittings, which look incredibly cheap, but ironically most likely cost a fortune to design and install. The rooms DEFINATLEY need a revamp, I would not consider this for a nice relaxing weekend break with the wife and/or family, would stay again for work though. Having said that, from what I remember it was only around €80 per night with breakfast which I wouldn't argue with.

When the hotel was first opened I'm sure it was a 4* standard but over the year has been poorly maintained so is below 4* standard now. Bedrooms are a nice size for a family with 2 Adults 2 children. The rooms have an Iron,hairdryer, kettle for making tea/coffee,complimentary bottled water and biscuits are a nice touch. Rooms are cleaned daily and beds are comfortable. The furniture, curtain and torn net curtain need to be cleaned more often. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Bar and RESTAURANT food is lovely. Breakfast is standard but needs more healthy options, fresh fruit, yogurts selection of brown breads. There is no character or atmosphere in the lobby or lounge area?? Needs some music or entertainment on for weekdays for familys away for school breaks. Not much for Children to do, the play area for Children is poorly maintained. No kids club for school breaks?? Pool and shower area is poorly maintained.
